Interim Nurse Manager Mixed Acuity needed in Kentucky Hospital 

The Position

• The Interim Nurse Manager Mixed Acuity will be responsible for high acuity medical units that care for patients. 
• The Nurse Manager will focus on improving leadership rounding on patients and staff, as well as address patient quality of care measures and metrics.
• Oversee the team and hold staff accountable for care delivery, job duties, and role expectations. 
• Seeking a visible, experienced leader that can improve operations and culture. Must be willing to mentor newer staff and nurse managers. 

Requirements

• BSN required, MSN preferred. 
• Academic med experience required.
