Interim Clinical Nurse Manager for Medical ICU needed in at a Kentucky University Hospital

The Position 

• The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of a 10-bed ICU unit within a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this leader will oversee a team of 30 FTEs.
• This leader will be tasked with improving staff engagement, increasing patient satisfaction scores, mentoring department staff, and addressing quality issues surrounding CAUTI and CLABSI. 
• Ideal candidates will be experienced/seasoned leaders in the field of critical care. Must be a visible and approachable leader with effective communication skills. 
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active KY or Compact RN license required. 
• Previous AMC experience required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $155,000 - $160,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
