The Position

  • The Clinical Director oversees daily clinical operations within the 55-bed Emergency Services department
  • The Clinical Director will work closely with the Director to address fiscal affairs and implement quality improvements
  • This leader is responsible for scheduling, staffing, recruitment, retention, mentoring and accountability in the department
  • The Clinical Director should connect with nursing staff and be open to providing hands-on patient care when needed
  • Must be a skilled ED leader with BSN degree
