Summary
A California Hospital is looking for an Interim Assistant Director ED to join their team
The Position
- The Interim Assistant Director of ED will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 41-bed unit.
- This leader will report directly to the department Director.
- This leader will be tasked with improving staff engagement, develop/mentor charge nurses, and prepare department for Joint Commission survey.
- Some hands on care will be required, as this leader will be covering absences and PTO as necessary.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader with excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active CA RN required.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years leadership experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $170,000 - $175,000 annually
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

- In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
