Seeking a strong visible leader to serve as Interim Director of Perioperative at a Washington healthcare facility. 

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Perioperative will be responsible for the areas of OR, PACU, PAT, Holding, SPD, GI, Endo, OR, PACU, Short Stay, and Procedural area for GI and Pain.
  • Focus will be to stabilize the department, continue to hire solid staff, ensuring appropriate orientation and education, enhance staff engagement, and work to improve operations. 
  • Ideal candidates will have the ability to engage staff in a shared governance model and demonstrate strong visibility.  
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

  • Moderate four-season climate weather pattern with average minimum December temperatures of 23 degrees and average summer maximum of 87 degrees and 300 plus days of sunshine makes for comfortable living
