The Position

• The HR Strategic Business Advisor acts as a trusted partner to C-suite and executive leadership, working closely to offer expert guidance on people-related matters in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization.
• The position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
• The Strategic Business Advisor will actively participate in matters such as succession and workforce planning, and talent management. Additionally, a working knowledge of business analytics and organizational finance will be important.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong executive presence and a professional client service demeanor, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of management and stakeholder groups. Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills are crucial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Services, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum eight years of HR management, with at least four years as an HRBP supporting business / operational leadership. 
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
