The Position

• The HR Director, Operations and Service Delivery will be responsible for directing the delivery of day-to-day HR services through self-service and the Service Center.
• The Director will report to the Chief Human Resource Officer.
• Responsibilities of this leader include implementing a tiered service delivery approach aligned with the HR transformation initiative. Along with establishing, leading, and developing the service delivery team, fostering continual process improvements. Will play a critical role in building, driving and delivering HR processes.
• Ideal candidates will be strategic and insightful leaders, adept at fostering effective working relationships and trust among colleagues.
• This role is open to work Hybrid with three days in office, and two working remotely.

Education and Background 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Services, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree highly preferred.
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
