The Position

  • The Women’s Health Clinical Director, in collaboration with a fellow department director, will take on continuous operational responsibility and accountability around the clock, ensuring that standards of care and service are upheld throughout the Women’s Health service line.
  • Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, establishing, meeting, and regularly assessing goals and objectives to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic direction. 
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Nursing, this leader will assist in overseeing a team of ~40 FTEs, across the Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Post-Partum departments.
  • This leader will be dedicated to ensuring the department is adequately staffed, including hiring new team members and arranging for temporary staff, as necessary. Moreover, they will focus on expanding the department's capacity and services.
  • Seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on leader who is ready to actively participate and offer support where needed. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Labor & Delivery, demonstrating both leadership and expertise.


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in health-related field required or completed within two years of assuming the position.
  • Must possess 3-5 years of directorial experience in Women's Services.
