Summary

A Virginia hospital is seeking their next Interim Director of Mental Health Outpatient Services! 


The Position

  • The Interim Director of Mental Health Outpatient Services will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department. 
  • The Interim Director will focus on ongoing initiatives including staff engagement, recruiting activities, patient flow, and departmental KPIs pertaining to patient experience, patient safety, etc.  
  • Seeking an experienced Behavioral Health leader who will be able to effectively provide leadership, mentorship, and education to staff members throughout the department while enforcing accountability and driving the department to reach organizational goals.  
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree is required. 
  • LCSW or related licensing designation required.  
  • A minimum of seven years of experience within a related setting is required; Experience within a Children’s setting is strongly preferred.  
  • Healthcare experience is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually. 
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
