Cimcons, LLC is conducting a nationwide search for the newly created Chief Growth Officer (CGO) role with their physician owned and led company, CIMPAR.

The Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of CIMPAR, the CGO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic growth strategy for CIMPAR. The CGO will oversee the Business Development team and drive annual growth through increased sales and new business generation. The CGO will also serve as a core member of CIMPARs’ executive leadership team.

The CGO will be based out of the Oak Park, IL headquarters and expected to work in close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating & Financial Officer, the Chief Medical Officer, and the SVP Operations to optimize the development and execution of an accretive growth strategy. 

The CGO is expected to develop the business, legal, and operational processes to build a scalable new business growth strategy at CIMPAR. This leader will be accountable for proactively and regularly communicating progress on the new business pipeline and for crafting and communicating compelling presentations to the executive leadership team. The CGO will be responsible for identifying new avenues for patient access to provider services including but not limited to primary care, laboratory, and imaging services. Delivery of these services will be identified and provided in the first year. The further development of technology to connect consumers to services will be the mainstay and measure for success of this individual. The CGO will strategically plan, develop and deliver these new services as deemed appropriate with the leadership team. Leveraging relationships and established business partners could be a key driver for success. The establishment of these new service lines will not only determine the success of this new role but also determine the enterprises success for the foreseeable future.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Oversee the development and execution of CIMPARs’ sales and new business growth strategy in collaboration with the executive leadership team.

  • Identify and develop strong relationships with partners and other potential parties key to CIMPARs’ growth, especially in the payor, system, and provider spaces. Track and expand key relationships over time to partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in ensuring CIMPAR has the appropriate policies, procedures, and systems in place to support strategic growth.
  • Establish effective relationships with executive leadership based on awareness of healthcare industry trends, healthcare management strategies, healthcare revenue cycle landscape, knowledge of CIMPARs’ business, strategy, plans, and performance.
  • Drive organizational capability by building highly committed, capable and agile sales and marketing teams, coaching and mentoring incumbents and/or bringing in additional talent as needed.
