Join a California Medical Center as their new Interim Director, Surgical Services!  

The Position

• The Interim Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for the day-to-day operations throughout the department and will ensure quality, compliance, and optimal patient care. 
• The Interim Director will oversee additional areas of focus including Cath Lab, Sterile Processing, PACU, and ASC. This will include ensuring that all local, state, and federal compliance regulations are consistently achieved. 
• This leader will strive to create a positive work environment and will implement necessary changes to improve employee turnover, collaboration, and engagement. 
• Seeking a knowledgeable leader who will be able to efficiently create positive working relationships with physicians while monitoring/improving departmental throughput, dashboards, and metrics. 
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.  
• Active California RN license is required.  

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $175,000 - $185,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
