Interim Manager, Surgical Oncology Leadership Position 

The Position

  • The Interim Manager, Surgical Oncology will support day-to-day operations of a hospital’s surgical oncology department.
  • This leader will be instrumental in enhancing patient throughput, fostering a culture of accountability among team members, and spearheading transformative changes in organizational culture. Additionally, they will collaborate with senior leadership to standardize care throughout the department and work closely with team members to clearly define roles and responsibilities.
  • Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in high reliability organizations. Candidates who excel in reshaping organizational culture, enhancing team cohesion, and ensuring staff accountability will find this role particularly fulfilling. A background in leadership within an Oncology department, complemented by experience in surgical oncology, will be vital.

  • BSN required. Master’s preferred.
  • Active RN license required.
