The Position

  • Seeking an Assistant Vice President of Physician Associates to focus on integrating operations and culture of the for-profit medical group with the Orlando Health system
  • The AVP must develop relationships with physicians, direct successful new market launches, and establish credibility in a rapidly growing organization
  • The AVP impacts all aspects of the medical group including patient access, managed care, ambulatory care, revenue cycle management, physician management and compensation, contracting, and patient experience
  • Scope includes 50 advanced practice providers, 150 physician providers, and a plan to add 30 new physicians over the next two years
  • Master’s degree required; experience in a comparably large and complex health system is highly preferred

  • Orlando Health – Regional Medical Center is home to the for-profit arm of the 150-physician medical group
