Join a California Medical Center as their new Interim Nursing Educator! 

The Position

• The Interim Nursing Educator is responsible for the ongoing staff development throughout the organization. 
• The Interim Nursing Educator will oversee onboarding, training, education, competency management, and professional role development for nursing staff.  
• This leader will collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to ensure the integration of research/evidence-informed practice, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives are efficiently integrated.  
• This leader must have extensive perioperative, peri anesthesia, and/or endoscopy experience within a related setting.  
• Candidates will ideally bring previous experience within an education and/or staff development role within a related setting. 
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active California RN license is required.  
• BLS certification is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $140,000 - $145,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
