Design the Kaiser School of Medicine’s brand new simulation center as its first Director of Simulation Technology in Pasadena, California, just minutes from downtown L.A.

The Position
  • Serve as the inaugural Director of Simulation Technology, overseeing the development and execution of simulation-supported curriculum and learning outcomes for the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine
  • Build and design the new simulation center from the ground up, incorporating simulation technology as an integral piece of case-based curriculum and medical education 
  • Provide leadership, vision and guidance to administration, faculty and staff while assuring curricular excellence and innovation in medical education
  • Master’s degree in education, curriculum design, simulation education or related field; PhD preferred
