Prioritize team building, standardization and efficient operations as the next Interim Director of SPD

The Position

  • The Interim Director is responsible for 50+ FTEs in the Sterile Processing Department and roughly 160 FTEs in Central Supply, with oversight spanning more than a dozen sites
  • Reorganize the Central Supply department to better align with TJC standards, in addition to shifting understanding to recognize SPD as instrument management
  • Bring together all areas in regards to physical space, standardized practice and policies and new equipment
  • Develop a high-functioning department, manage daily operations, minimize disruption and build confidence throughout the staff
  • Must have a Master’s degree and SPD certification

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
