Join a California Medical Center as the Interim Director of Quality.

The Position

• The Interim Director of Quality will be responsible for monitoring the day-today operations within the hospital including ICP and will oversee approximately 9 FTEs. 
• Seeking a director who is willing to invest in the development and recruitment of staff members including the IC team. Additionally, this leader will mentor staff members amongst the quality team to ensure support and stability. 
• Ideal candidates will bring highly effective communication skills and will encourage collaboration amongst staff members as well as a high-performance C-Suite team.  

Requirements

• Active RN license preferred; Clinical background required.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $170,000-$180,000
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
