Summary

A California Medical Center is seeking their new Interim Manager, PCU/Telemetry/Stroke! 

The Position

• The Interim Manager, PCU/Telemetry/Stroke, is responsible for the oversight of nightly operations throughout the department. 
• Will collaborate closely with fellow nursing leaders to maintain and improve nursing operations throughout the department while ensuring optimal patient care. 
• Seeking a strategic leader who will be able to cohesively lead nursing staff members throughout the department while implementing any necessary process improvements.  
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active RN license is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
