Summary

A California Medical Center is seeking their new Interim Manager, Telemetry (Evenings)! 

The Position

• The Interim Manager, Telemetry, is responsible for the oversight of all evening shift operations throughout the department and will manage approximately 70+ FTEs. 
• The Interim Manager will focus highly on reducing fall rates while ensuring that all implemented quality and patient safety initiatives are met and that optimal patient experience is consistently achieved. 
• This leader will oversee nursing staff members and will provide training, education, and mentorship to ensure that staff are fully equipped to make career advancements. 
• Candidates will ideally bring critical care experience within a related setting. 
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active California RN license is required.  

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
