The Position

  • The Interim Sr. Director of Operations will be responsible for the management, direction, and coordination of day-to-day operations throughout the facility. 
  • The Interim Sr. Director will oversee financial operations, administration, policies/procedures, and all other operational initiatives including corporate agreements, employee performance, privacy policies, and patient relations. 
  • This leader will be responsible for identifying and mitigating operational risks while ensuring that the organization is closely following local, state, and federal compliance policies. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred. 
  • Active compact RN and/or RT license is required. 
  • LTACH experience is required.
  • Active ACLS and/or BLS certifications are required. 
  • A minimum of five years of experience pertaining to healthcare administration is required.  
  • Healthcare experience is required.
