The Position
  • The Director of Finance is a creative and decisive right-hand to the Chief Financial Officer, working to navigate costs of reconstruction and strengthen finances for the hospital
  • Responsible for payroll, A/P and general accounting, the Director handles daily operations of the department, rebuilding the team and establishing new procedures as needed
  • The Director of Finance will optimize technology to ensure accuracy in reporting and automate manual processes 
  • This leader is tech-savvy and demonstrates a wealth of knowledge in Excel, Meditech and GAAP
  • Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in an acute care setting are required; CPA with Master’s degree preferred
