Interim Regulatory Program Manager Needed in Washington Healthcare System

The Position

  • An Interim Regulatory Program Manager is needed to oversee regulatory compliance across two community hospitals.
  • This role will report directly to the Regional Director of Regulatory Compliance and will work closely with other program managers within the regulatory and quality team.
  • Responsibilities include managing Joint Commission, CMS, and state-level licensing surveys; handling complaints; and responding swiftly to regulatory activities. The manager is expected to standardize practices across facilities and improve overall compliance readiness.
  • The ideal candidate should have a robust background in quality and regulatory processes, be adept at writing corrective action plans, and be capable of managing significant changes and challenges within a healthcare setting.
  • Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background preferred.
  • Extensive experience in managing regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities necessary.

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $150,000 -$155,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
