Exciting opportunity available at Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, Kansas, for the role of Director Cancer Center & Infusion Administration MSD, overseeing system-wide Oncology operations!

The Position 

  • The Director Cancer Center & Infusion Administration MSD is responsible for the complete oversight of the daily operation of the Cancer Center and Infusion Center for the Stormont Vail system.
  • Works in a triad leadership model with the Medical Director and Advanced Practice Provider.
  • This leader will work to create a multi-disciplined approach, seek and obtain Radiation/Oncology accreditation, and lastly work to maintain a high level of patient experience/satisfaction.
  • Ideal candidates will strong operations-focused leaders, capable of motivating staff. Must be an independent and fearless leader with forward-thinking capabilities, adept at effective communication at both staff and provider levels.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of five years clinical oncology work experience, with at least two years in a management/leadership position.

The Organization
