Summary

Take the helm of one of the nation’s premier single-specialty physician groups, Trabecular Management Services and their top rheumatology care center, Arthritis, Rheumatic & Bone Disease Associates (ARBDA), as the new Chief Executive Officer! 

The Position

• The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be a dynamic and engaging leader, serving as a vital resource for staff, providers, and patients. The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the continued growth and success of Trabecular Management Services.
• In collaboration with other senior leaders, the CEO will oversee ARBDA’s 120 full-time employees including 17 providers across six locations.
• The CEO will focus on expanding the organization's service lines and improving profitability, surpassing current targets. By concentrating on long-term growth initiatives, the CEO will ensure the organization's stability and future success.
• Ideal candidates will be experienced, business-savvy leaders with a strong background in finance, business development and revenue cycle management. They should be approachable, compassionate, and willing to collaborate with others, maintaining an open-door policy. Excellent communication skills are critical. Previous experience in rheumatology is a plus.
• This leader will be based at the Voorhees location and is expected to visit each of the six sites monthly.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; Preferably (MBA).
• Must have a minimum of five years proven experience as a CEO or experience in a senior executive leadership role within a medical practice.
