The Position
  • The President heads all strategic initiatives, operational improvements and executive business affairs to the benefit and success of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center
  • The President connects closely with physicians to align organizational goals and strengthens engagement and culture among employees
  • The President is a visible leader with an innate skill for forming relationships, building trust and maintaining open lines of communication
  • Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center is part of the healthcare ministry of the Catholic church and is sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre. Candidates must be practicing Catholics
  • Candidates must have prior CEO or executive operational (COO or VP of Ops), preferably with a system or a large, competitive hospital
  • Demonstrate prior leadership and success with turn-around assignments, strategy planning or facility planning; Master’s degree required
