The Position

• The Interim Compensation Manager will oversee day to day operations of the department.
• The Manager will be responsible for completing mid-year evaluations, while collaborating with IT on system and process needs.
• Seeking an interactive, visible leader with at least five years of experience in Compensation Management role preferred.

• Bachelors required.
• Masters preferred.
