New executive opportunity as Vice President of Medical Operations in Omaha, Nebraska, with CHI Health Immanuel

CHI Health Immanuel, which encompasses a full-service hospital, Cancer Center, Rahab Center, Specialty Spine Hospital, and much more, is partnering with B.E. Smith Executive Search Services for its search for a Vice President of Medical Operations. This position will provide physician leadership and support to all of the Critical Access Hospital Chiefs of Staff (excluding Blair Hospital) and will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and directing resources over several CAH sites across a wide geographic region. 

This leader will be accountable for physician strategy and management of patient-centered quality initiatives, while serving as a patient advocate and role model for ethical management behavior. They will promote awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of CHI Health.

CHI Health Immanuel’s ideal leader is a strong communicator, and has experience in process improvement and leadership. A Doctor of Medicine is required.
