New executive opportunity as AVP of Operations – Physician Practices in Kansas City, Missouri, with HCA MidAmerica, a division of HCA Healthcare – one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers 

The HCA MidAmerica Division, a multi-market healthcare network throughout Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Missouri, is partnering with B.E. Smith Executive Search Services for its search in an AVP.

This position will provide leadership, direction, ongoing administration and management for all aspects of physician operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory and HCA policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all clinics while partnering with the Division and hospital CEOs to develop and drive the strategic direction of the markets. This executive will serve as the market representative for Division leadership, holding providers accountable to the contracted terms while aligning with the interests of HCA and the Division.

The HCA MidWest Division is seeking a healthcare professional with seven to 10 years in practice management operations experience, with a deep knowledge of physician contracting. A master’s degree is preferred.
