Exciting opportunity as Senior Director – Neonatal Clinical Services with Children’s Minnesota – a Magnet designated and award-winning health system in Minneapolis

Children’s Minnesota health system has enlisted B.E. Smith in their search for a new Senior Director, Neonatal Clinical Services. The director has responsibility and accountability to ensure that services and programs within their neonatal portfolio are patient and family-focused, clinically excellent, operationally efficient. He or she will also ensure that their department achieves effective outcomes in clinical quality, safety, cost, experience, and staff engagement. The director will collaborate with the VP of Operations Mother Baby Clinical Service Line, nursing colleagues, the Chief of Critical Care Services, Medical Directors, and portfolio leaders to advance program vision.

The Senior Director, Neonatal Clinical Services will implement the organization’s mission, vision, values, code of conduct, evidence-based practice, and nursing practice within their defined area of practice. He or she will also reach outside the organization to advance clinical best practices and improve care for mothers and babies across the region. A BSN degree and an RN are required, along with a Masters in either Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. An active Minnesota nursing license is also required.
