CHI St. Vincent Infirmary is seeking a Director of Surgical Services to oversee daily operations for perioperative services. The leader is responsible for effective utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of financial, supply, and staff resources.
The Director of Surgical Services is accountable for budget preparation and fiscal operations of the department. Furthermore, the leader will achieve high productivity while attaining exceptional patient, physician, and associate satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Minimum BSN degree required; must possess or complete Master’s degree within two years of hire.
• Experience managing a large Operating Room is strongly preferred.
• Active Arkansas or compact nursing license required.
