Bryan Health Partners With B.E. Smith in Search for Director of Women’s and Children’s

Strategically lead Women’s and Children’s Services as Director with Bryan Health – an award-winning health system in Lincoln, Nebraska

Bryan Health is searching for a Director of Women’s and Children’s Services. The Director is responsible for the comprehensive administration of key functions, roles, systems, and processes for Women’s and Children’s services at Bryan Medical Center East Campus. Areas of oversight include an 18-bed Pediatrics and Women’s health unit, a 30-bed NICU, 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit, and 32-bed Mother/Baby unit. The Director will lead five Nurse Manager direct reports and a total of 196FTEs. 

Key goals for the Director of Women’s and Children’s include to mentor and develop team members, establish trust and credibility throughout the units, and serve as a resource to continue a smooth EPIC transition. A minimum of three years of progressive experience in a clinical position related to this field are required. Additionally, applicants must have three years of experience in a management or supervisory role. A Masters in Nursing, Health Care Administration, MBA, or other related field are required. Finally, applicants must have an active Nebraska nursing license.
