New CNO opportunity for two-hospital system in the Northeast
This Chief Nursing Officer will help the Thomas Health System implement initiatives based on Berkley Research Group findings, develop strong relationships with current staff, and become a visible presence within an organization looking to take its nursing operations to the next level.
Reporting to the COO, the position will also direct the implementation of hospital-wide programs, policies, and procedures that address how nursing care needs of the patient population of Thomas Health are assessed, met, and evaluated.
The ideal candidate must have a Master of Science in Nursing and prior experience managing ER, OR, and all floors.
