Ascension Health – Wisconsin, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is partnering with B.E. Smith Senior Executive Search Services to identify a new Market CNO. The CNO will provide strategic leadership for and visionary oversight of Ascension Health – Wisconsin. This nursing executive will work to increase engagement scores, analyze metrics around labor management, and promote creative growth in areas such as staffing for the Wisconsin market’s 23 hospitals.

Building strong relationships with existing hospital CNOs and Presidents is a main focus, and the ideal leader will possess prior experience working in an integrated health system. An MSN is required.
