Baylor University Medical Center selects passionate nursing executive to sustain its Magnet status and commitment to excellence.
In order to find the next driving force behind Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas’s clinical operations, the organization sought a calming, seasoned leader. The organization worked with B.E. Smith to find its ideal leader and, after a series of strong interviews, selected Karla Ramberger, DNP as Chief Nursing Officer.
Karla started her new role as Chief Nursing Officer on April 29, where she will lead and support the organization in continuing to build a nursing environment high in collaboration and excellence in clinical care, education, and research.
