Catholic Medical Center has partnered with B.E. Smith to Recruit a Director of Case Management and Social Work. This position focuses on accommodating a growing patient volume and addressing key metric areas. This director will be responsible for 25 FTEs across the Case Management, Social Work, and Emergency departments. He or she will focus on reducing length of stay, optimizing bed flow throughout the unit, and resolving patient outliers and network to build relationships

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out the organizational implementation plan to guide department-specific growth. A clinical background is preferred. A BSN is expected, and a Master’s degree or MSN is desired. However, a Social Worker or Case leader with substantial experience and a Master’s degree will be considered.
