CHI St. Alexius Health Retains B.E. Smith to Recruit Chief Medical Officer

Exciting opportunity to serve as Chief Medical Officer with a Catholic Health Initiatives System in the Midwest. 

CHI St. Alexius Health, located in Bismarck, North Dakota, is partnering with B.E. Smith Executive Search Services in the search of a Chief Medical Officer. The CMO will lead the development of CHI St. Alexius’ Physician Enterprise Service Lines. He or she will nurture relationships with both physicians and current providers, as well as provide oversight and direction for the system’s overall clinical operational performance.

CHI St. Alexius is seeking a leader with a passion for change management. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years’ experience in a Senior Executive Leadership role and a background working in a system with a matrix environment. An MD is required.
