Experienced Chief Nursing Officer Selected to Support an Award-Winning Healthcare Organization

Mission Hospital McDowell is utilizing B.E. Smith’s Interim Leadership Services to temporarily fill the critical role of Chief Nursing Officer. Anne Peterson has been selected by the organization to serve as Interim CNO. Ms. Peterson brings years of senior leadership experience guiding nursing services and spearheading performance improvement initiatives. With strong experience as a mentor and knowledge of patient flow, Ms. Peterson will focus on developing leaders within the organization and enhancing patient experience.
