The CEO will partner with the board to set the vision for the medical center, as well as working actively to implement the vision of the medical center. He or she will support, develop, and strengthen the culture. 

The initial focus for this CEO will be to embed his or herself in both the organization and community by acting as a visible leader and establishing strong connections with all levels of staff at the medical center and throughout the local community. The hospital is seeking an individual with solid interpersonal skills, EMR implementation experience, and a strong financial acumen. A Master’s Degree in healthcare administration or business administration is required.
