The Director of Periop will oversee 12 ORs, an Ambulatory Surgery Center with 5 ORs, Same-Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Pre-Admin Testing, Outpatient Nursing, PACU, and the Sterile Processing Department. 

St. Rita’s is seeking a Perioperative leader who will work to build strong relationships with providers and staff, and who will enhance the current room turnover time processes. Additionally, this leader will help increase employee and physician satisfaction scores across the perioperative department. A BSN and a Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field are required.
