Medical Center Seeks Chief Executive Officer to Provide Leadership and Strengthen Organizational Culture
Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming is partnering with B.E. Smith’s Senior Executive Search services to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will provide overall leadership and management of the center and its related entities. He/She is accountable for the operational and financial performance of Wyoming Medical Center, to ensure stewardship of resources and ongoing assessment and analysis of operating results in order to achieve established objectives. The CEO will lead and support the development and strengthen the center’s culture which is centered on patient safety, service excellence, and positive work environment throughout the organization.
Wyoming Medical Center is a 217-bed, nonprofit, full-service acute care hospital and is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. The center’s newest edition, McMurry West Tower, is a four-story, 100,000 square-foot building that features cutting edge technology, a new birth center, and surgery unit. Since 2009, Wyoming Medical Center has promoted a culture of safety by establishing hospital-wide initiatives to eliminate medical errors and improve patient care. The center achieved the Gold Seal of Approval by The Joint Commission and the 2014 “Quality Achievement Award” by Mountain Pacific Quality-Health.
