Methodist University Hospital is seeking a Clinical Director, Operating Room to oversee 24 operating rooms and 100 FTEs with a peer leader. The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical care delivery, leadership of associates, fiscal stewardship of the department, and the creation of a positive clinical environment.
The leader will focus on improving departmental key metrics, as well as ensuring continued readiness regarding accreditation and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the director will take an active role in professional leadership both locally and regionally.
Qualifications
- BSN and Master’s degree required.
- Must have 4+ years prior operating room leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Active Tennessee or compact nursing license required.
